Blood group A
General characteristics
Group A appeared more or less after group 0, not only for evolutionary reasons, but also thanks to their greater ability to resist infectious diseases.
Blood type A most likely made its definitive appearance in the Asian or Middle Eastern area 25,000-15,000 years ago when, in response to changing environmental conditions, nomadic man became sedentary and began to raise livestock and cultivate fields.
As a result, different diets and lifestyles led to a strong mutation of the digestive system and the immune system, which allowed them to tolerate the nutrients contained in cereals and other agricultural products. Type A people feel better following a diet that includes more protein from fish and eggs than those from meat, a legacy passed down by their ancestors who had become settled and not very aggressive farmers.
