Phytotherapy for blood groups is a simple and intuitive manual that was created with the intention of providing precise information on the use of some medicinal plants as a supplement to the nutritional system already described in the book Dr. Mozzi’s diet – Blood groups and food combinations and Dr. Mozzi’s new diet.

A herbal medicine manual designed to allow those who follow Dr. Mozzi’s diet (and others) to gain greater awareness in managing their health. The book describes the 35 medicinal herbs that have been recommended for many years to those who follow the blood group diet as a natural remedy.

Each plant is described from a botanical and morphological point of view, but particular attention is paid to the use of preparations based on medicinal plants in the treatment of the most common pathologies, indicating the main therapeutic properties, the synergy with other medicinal plants, the contraindications and possible drug interactions.

The book also includes a synoptic table, i.e. a summary in the form of a table in which the most suitable medicinal plants for each blood group are listed for each pathology.
